SUMMARY
context menus under wayland do not steal mouse clicks

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Right click on a latte dock or panel
2.  Left click on an applet inside a dock or panel that contains a mousearea

OBSERVED RESULT
The context menu is not closed and the applet responds as if the context menu has not stolen the next mouse click

EXPECTED RESULT
The context menu should close and one more clicked should be needed in order for the applet to respond
