STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open SDDM kcm
2. install a sddm theme from KDE store
3. apply the sddm theme from KDE store
4. remove the sddm theme from KDE store
5. logout

OBSERVED RESULT
default sddm theme is in use instead of Breeze

EXPECTED RESULT
Breeze sddm theme should be applied after removing a third-party sddm theme in use

In the case of an error (which this is) SDDM falls back to the default. From an SDDM POV the breeze one is 3rd party too

After the ptovided steps, Breeze is highlighted in the SDDM KCM. That doesn't look right.
