STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Konsole, select settings, then manage profiles
2. Select a profile, click edit
3. Click Appearance, on the right hand side click Get New...

OBSERVED RESULT
Download section launches as normal, but the window to select, search, and download Konsole themes is always in the background. This can not be made the active window, so you can not scroll, select, search, or download any new themes

EXPECTED RESULT
New download window that opens is promoted as active window, allowing user to interact with it.

Hello,
I could not reproduce the issue.
For me, search themes is active and I can select and assign themes as expected.

Tested with current Konsole master 22.07.70

Qt Version: 5.15.2
Kernel Version: 5.13.0-46-generic (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: X11
Processors: 8 × Intel® Core™ i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz
