The window without any option to close it

Created attachment 149450 [details]
The window also refuses to be closed via 'hover over taskbarentry' -> 'click on red X'

SUMMARY
If you open the "Open with... — Portal" (window title) accidentally there is no way to close the window and abort the process.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. force the "Open with... — Portal" to be displayed, eg:
    1. open Firefox
    2. go to 'settings' -> 'search' -> 'search'
    3. activate "Add search bar in toolbar "
    4. open new tab
    5. enter "site:reddit.com kde" into the Firefox url bar (not the search bar)

OBSERVED RESULT
The "Open with... — Portal" opens with no way to close it. Only a restart of the system seems to make this window disappear.

EXPECTED RESULT
In case of an accidental opening of this window there should be a direct way to close the portal (eg. the "X" in the right hand corner or an "close" button etc.).

This should be fixed in 5.25. We've just tested and it definitely has a close button on git master.
