STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  go to system settings -> global theme
2. Get new global themes
3.

"Network unreachable" means that there is a network problem. This needs to be fixed either on your computer, your local network, or the KDE store itself (which is actually not hosted by KDE, confusingly enough). There isn't anything we can do in KDE code to fix this for you.
