STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Connect to an additional monitor
2.  Open the display configuration
3.  Drag screens to re-arrange them

OBSERVED RESULT
there is only one monitor (Laptop screen) that can be dragged.

EXPECTED RESULT
there should be two monitors that can be dragged.

The screen is a replica of another screen; this means their contents are synchronized. If you want them to have different content, you'll need to go to the other screen using the combobox and unmark it as a replica of the internal screen.
