We're going to need more information than that to help you.

What exactly are you trying to do and what is happening?

See https://community.kde.org/Get_Involved/Issue_Reporting for how to make good bug reports

there's no sound on the radio widgets.

There is sound on the computer normally, but there is no sound on the widgets. I am having the same problem on two different computers. Note: I am using turkish language my computers.

The solutions on the kde forums did not work for me. I contacted the developers of witgets. They also wasn't found solution my problem.

I hear sound in your video. That means the system is working properly.

The problem seems to be specific to your radio widget, which is a 3rd-party widget. I would recommend that you contact the developer of that widget and report a bug.

I wanted to emphasize that the video I sent there is sound in vlc player normally but no sound in plasmoid. The problem is specific, but how does it happen on 2 different computers? One is Acer brand and the other is Sony Vaio. Also I have contacted the widget developer. He said the problem was not caused by him. There is no sound in any other radio widgets anyway.

> The problem is specific, but how does it happen on 2 different computers
Because it's an issue with the widget itself.

> Also I have contacted the widget developer. He said the problem was not caused by him.
He's wrong, sorry.

If VLC is able to produce sound, then your system is set up correctly, and any misbehaving piece of software (like a widget) and isn't able to produce sound is buggy and needs to be fixed.
