Description Christopher Yeleighton 2022-05-27 16:37:20 UTC
SUMMARY
The home page contains text that refers to things that are not there.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Read the home page!
2. Look for the separate boxes advertised by the section "Other Information"!

OBSERVED RESULT
Nope.

EXPECTED RESULT
Separate boxes?

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows:
macOS:
Linux/KDE Plasma:
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version:
KDE Frameworks Version:
Qt Version:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
There used to be separate boxes years ago but somebody apparently disposed of them.
The only way to reach documentation for System Settings is to type [KControl/ ] into the box "Application Name" which is not discoverable and requires JavaScript support.

The boxes are there once you search and find a kcontrol item.
The problem is different, the search doesn't work properly in chrome.

Just looking at the home page, how do you know what to search for?
