SUMMARY

Hovering over the crop handles keeps showing the pan cursor (hand symbol) instead of the resize cursor (two-headed arrow), which makes it not obvious that the user can click to crop now.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Take a screenshot
2. Annotate
3. Crop
4. Hover over one of the squares to crop from

OBSERVED RESULT
Pan cursor (hand)

EXPECTED RESULT
Resize cursor (two-headed arrow)

The crop tool in the annotations view comes from KImageAnnotator, so this needs to be reported there: https://github.com/ksnip/kImageAnnotator/issues
