*** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 442380 *** @Nate: are you sure it's a duplicate of that bug. I found that every app I tried was restored to the correct desktop except System Monitor. At one point I had eight apps on eight different desktops including Firefox and LibreOffice, and System Monitor was the only one that didn't get restored to the same desktop. Pretty sure. Apps generally don't have any code to manually do this; it's all controlled by ksmserver, which is known to have issues with restoring apps on their correct desktops. I don't know what the pattern is though. |
