Correct behavior
1. press Meta -> Kicker opens and a highlight appears above it in panel == OK
2. Start an app or click outside to close it -> Highlight in panel disappears == OK

Incorrect behavior
1. press Meta -> Kicker opens and a highlight appears above it in panel == OK
2. press Meta again -> Kicker closes but the highlight stays in panel == Not OK
3. If there is another app running, its indicator in panel remains grey/unfocused

This is on Plasma 5.25 Beta, Arch Linux, wayland

Another way to describe this could be: Opening and closing Kicker by pressing Meta twice doesn't return the focus to the original app.
