What are the plans to integrate a privacy-respecting 'screen-time' equivalent into kde? it should integrate
(a) parental control
(b) rulesetting of usage time and lenght
(c) attention-/self-care-respecting ui-tweaks (option to disable doom-scrolling after x sec, disable eye-candy, disable ui-animations, set b/w-mode, night-color etc.)
(d) digital detox infos and plans
kde needs to stay where other os are (and what most users begin to expect) - or lead the developments.

This is a cool idea, but it's something far too large and broad of a project to be tracked with a bug report. We're talking about probably multi developer years of effort. Someone would just need to do it, or sponsor it.
