When invoking overview effect (or window view) without plasmashell running, there are severe rendering artifacts in the background where the desktop window is supposed to be

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. kquitapp5 plasmashell
2. Invoke Overview effect

OBSERVED RESULT
Background isn't repainted properly

EXPECTED RESULT
Background is solid black or something

Linux/KDE Plasma: git master as of 2022-05-24

Can confirm, still happens in Plasma 6. As additional information, KWin spams
> No QSGTexture provided from updateSampledImage(). This is wrong.
into the log while the overview is open
