This bug only occurs if Spectacle is configured to save the screenshots to desktop. Created attachment 149141 [details] screen recording STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. make sure 'Save file to default folder' is checked and 'Copy image to clipboard' option is selected in Spectacle settings 2. if Spectacle is open, close it 3. take a screenshot by pressing shift+printscreen - Clipboard applet lists the screenshot copied to clipboard as expected 4. delete the screenshot by pressing shift+del and confirming deletion OBSERVED RESULT a new entry unexpectedly appears in clipboard history.
