I have noticed that friends who never used Plasma / Dolphin before, have problems to find the "removable devices" section on the bottom of the left panel in Dolphin. 

Therefore it would be convenient if it becomes more discoverable by e.g. moving it up in the list.

Yeah, I've encountered the same source of confusion from new folks. I think the proposal is reasonable.
