demonstration of the bug

SUMMARY
When using the window operations menu (alt+f3 on any window by default) on wayland, after you highlight something by hovering over it, it doesn't stop highlighting. And when you open the alt+f3 menu for the second time, effects like transparency+blur stop working.

Video of the bug is attached

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Be on plasma wayland session
2. open a window
3. press alt+f3 or open the window operations menu some other way. Hover over the items
4. Close menu and reopen again

OBSERVED RESULT
After you stop hovering over an item, it stays highlighted. And after reopening the menu, it stays highlighted. From what i can tell, it also looks like transparency and blur stop working on the menu.

EXPECTED RESULT
Moving your mouse off one of the options should make it not stay highlighted. Transparency and blur both should stay working when reopening the menu
