SUMMARY
With the introduction of the new Kirigami placeholder messages, the "Loading More..." message pops up and fills the entire page when scrolling down in the "Get New *" window.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open any "Get New (some 3rd party addon ex: plasmoid)" page
2. Scroll down until it loads more

OBSERVED RESULT
The "Loading More..." message fills the screen.

EXPECTED RESULT
The "Loading More..." message should be at the bottom of the list rather than filling the entire screen.

I don't think there's a problem here. It looks fine as is IMO. Can you clarify what you think the problem is?

The problem is that it is quite jarring that the "Loading More..." placeholder just pops up and occupies the whole window rather than being at the bottom of the list when loading more items. It should be something similar to infinite scrolling where the "Loading More..." should be at the bottom of the list.

I arrived here as I was coming to submit a near-identical bug report - the only real contribution I'm making is that I think it's at least Normal importance, not Minor.
It's a very jarring experience in an otherwise slick and amazing platform.

Regarding Nate's comment that "we do that in Discover", whatever happens in Discover is much better: regardless of how fast I scroll I never see a "Loading More" at all, let alone one that blocks the current UI completely.

The best comparison for me is wallpapers: in Get New [Wallpapers] if I scroll just a tiny bit too quickly, everything disappears behind a "Loading More" modal for a few seconds at a time.  Whereas if I use Discover to browse for wallpaper, the most extreme outcome is that thumbnails are slow to load.
