Kate breeze dark bug

SUMMARY
Kate's tabs (and I presume Kwrites too) do not respect the selected color scheme and instead always are bright.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Kate
2. Switch to Breeze Dark

OBSERVED RESULT
The tabs background will still have the default windows color, while the text is now bright, making it unreadable. (see attachment)

EXPECTED RESULT
The tabs background color should change.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: Windows 10 21H2

Could you try the patch in the other bug?
