When connecting a flash drive in the wayland session, the "open in file manager" item does not work. After some time, a glitch was noticed that all the menu items became transparent (a screenshot of the second glitch could not be done because I was in a hurry)

Works for me. Can you attach a screen recording that shows the problem happening?
