STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Krita.
2. Open file.
3. Select Convert Image Color Space…
4. Select Profile popup menu.


OBSERVED RESULT
ProPhoto RGB is not listed.

EXPECTED RESULT
ProPhoto RGB is listed.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Attempts to follow instructions on https://krita.org/en/get-involved/report-a-bug/ proved impossible because krita-artists will not allow a new registrant to post the description as a possible bug.  In addition, an attempt to report this fact proved impossible.

Krita doesn't ship the adobe prophoto icc file, of course, because that's proprietary to Adobe. If you have the icc file, you can place it in one of the locations where Krita looks for profiles and it will be available to you.
