Cannot reproduce on Wayland with current git master and that exact setup. Musta been fixed for Plasma 5.25! Not fixed in 5.25. Created attachment 148844 [details] Video showing this issue SUMMARY Panels attached to one screen that are not drawn on the second screen block window movement as if the panel stretches all the way across the second screen. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Have 2 screens side by side 2. Attach a panel to the top of the main screen 3. Try to move a window to the top of the secondary screen OBSERVED RESULT The window will be blocked at the y-coordinate of the panel, that is on the other screen. EXPECTED RESULT The window should only get blocked by the visible parts of the panel.
