SUMMARY
On some languages, the "Tools" menu on the sidebar appears on the hamburger menu instead and there is a blank space where it should be. I think this happens when the translation is too long. I only tested it with the spanish translation, on which the translation of Tools is "Herramientas", a much longer word; but probably also happens with other languages.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change your desktop language
2. Open the System Monitor application

OBSERVED RESULT
The "Tools" menu is on the hamburger menu and there is a blank space on its former position

EXPECTED RESULT
The "Tools" menu is on the same position that on the english language

Looks like it disappears and becomes elided into the hamburger menu if it doesn't fit. We should probably make sure that the sidebar's minimum width allows the Tools menu to always be visible.

In French, what is blank in your picture is filled with "Outils", what is OK, but the first entry in the menu is blank and disabled.
