SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Hover over the right half of the Open Sidebar button
2. Click the button

OBSERVED RESULT
The button does not highlight on hover
Clicking actually closes the sidebar

EXPECTED RESULT
Clicking should open the sidebar, as the button icon suggests.

Wow, amazing. I suspect the left drawer button is invisible and clicking on that area triggers it, fully closing the sidebar.
