STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Shortcuts KCM
2. search for 'grid': 'Kwin' is listed as search result under 'System Services'
3. clear the search field
4. search for 'grid' again

OBSERVED RESULT
there is no search result under 'System Services'

EXPECTED RESULT
consistent search rssults

Can reproduce.

Tested on Arch Linux running Plasma 6 alpha and neon unstable; cannot reproduce.
