STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Lock the screen
2. Activate the Overview Effect shortcut (In my case I bound it to Meta)

OBSERVED RESULT
The effect played it's animation, and displayed the overview, alongside all open windows in virtual desktop. However, the animation was a lot laggier then when run from an unlocked screen. The effect could not be interacted with, however.

EXPECTED RESULT
Screen locker should remain blocking my open windows from view.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows:
macOS:
Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch Linux
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.24.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.93.0
Qt Version: 5.15.3

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
As mentioned before, I have mapped by keybind for the effect to Meta. I have not tested to see if this error still occurs with the normal keybind.

Cannot reproduce on Wayland with the Meta Key activation shortcut. Let me see about X11...
Comment 2 Nate Graham 2022-05-12 16:33:22 UTC
Cannot reproduce on X11 either, with the Meta-only shortcut or the default Meta+W shortcut.

This must have been fixed for Plasma 5.25 already. Please re-open if you find yourself still able to reproduce the issue after upgrading to Plasma 5.25. Thanks!
