SUMMARY
Doesn't use identity.kde.org.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Join bugs.kde.org.
2. Join identity.kde.org (and other KDE site) w/same email address.
3. Doesn't combine accounts.

OBSERVED RESULT
Doesn't combine accounts (still use different passwords.)

EXPECTED RESULT
Should combine KDE accounts (some others may not either--perhaps forum, maybe others...)

This is known - Identity is in the process of being replaced.
For various reasons (including the need to support Dr Konqi) we currently need bugs.kde.org to be independent of Identity (as well as it's successors)
