Muon asks for root password on system with sudo when trying to launch software-properties-kde, so one can't launch this utility. It does that even when root account is locked.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch Muon
2. Go to settings -> Configure software sources
3. Observe that Muon launches KDE su. When I try to provide my own password (because root account is locked and I have sudo configured), I can't launch software-properties-kde

This is a bug in software-properties-kde itself, which comes from Ubuntu.
