STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use Wayland session
2. open Display Configuration KCM
3. use the slider to set display scale to 75%
4. click on 'Apply' button (the change is applied and no dialog appears)
5. wait for 15 seconds: the change is reverted

EXPECTED RESULT
keep/revert dialog should always appear when we apply a change

Weird. I can reproduce on Plasma 5.25 beta too.

I can't reproduce on either neon unstable or Arch Linux (Plasma 5.25)
