SUMMARY

Not able to restart the PC from within the software sources window.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. App Launcher>System Settings>HARDWARE Driver Manager>Additional Drivers>{user select}
2. Upon installation the window advises a restart is required and a Restart... Button becomes available
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Upon pressing this button nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT
The system restarts

Result from moving to Nvidia 515. Restart button appears as expected but clicking on it does nothing.

Alas, that isn't KDE software. Please complain to ubuntu.
