SUMMARY
I think this is a regression as this does just work in Dolphin 20.04.2 on openSUSE Leap 15.3


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. press F4
2. git stat <TAB>

OBSERVED RESULT
No auto-completion

EXPECTED RESULT
Bash completion like on Konsole

Works fine here with master and 22.04.0
