STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open testflight beta link


OBSERVED RESULT

Get "this beta is full error"


EXPECTED RESULT

One should be able to access and install the beta version of the app.

Please see https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=451535#c1 on more detailed discussions. But for your information, I just removed about 400 inactive testers the other day when an old beta version expired, and now we have 9924/10000 maximum allowed number of testers by Apple again. Thus, I'd imagine this to be more or less what would happen every now and then when we don't have enough inactive testers to remove.

And thanks for looking into potential fixes into the problem, I've double checked and made sure that we didn't turn off notify users.
