SUMMARY
The new overview effect appears too slowly **if it has not appeared/been shown recently**. Once the mouse cursor touches the top-left corner, whole plasma freezes for about 2-4 seconds before finally showing the Overview. This wasn't at all like that in the previous old Overview.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Move cursor to top-left corner

OBSERVED RESULT
Overview causes Plasma to freeze for a while before showing the Overview windows.

EXPECTED RESULT
Overview appears immediately

confirm also transition animation seem to have only few frames - choppy not fluid at all.
