SUMMARY

IMHO : 2022 : its time for big feature in plasma:

the ability to handle screens in a multiscreen-setup independently like
- each screen has its own edge-setting  (Bildschirmränder)
- edge-effects like "show all desktops" or "show all windows" only take effect only for the screen that has been "edged" instead of applying the effect on all screens. therefor switching to a different desktop in mulitscreen environment, only switches the vdesktop on the current screen .. this should also be possible while rearranging vdesktops in GRID-view.

I'd expect this would be a MAJOR-feat !

Being able to configure screen edges per screen sounds like too much configurability / too high of a risk to cause bugs and lose the configuration to be worth it, sorry. In Plasma 6.1, the configured screen edges will at least work on all screens though
