STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. reboot or relogin to plasma
2. start kontact

OBSERVED RESULT
all imap connections are in offline mode

EXPECTED RESULT
I expect the imap ressources to be in online mode when the connection to the mailserver is available at startup time
