Software sources does not accept my password.  I can install or uninstall software from discover but cannot log into software sources.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.   Settings -->  Software Sources
2.   Asks for Password.  Admin password entered.  It fails.
3.   Asks for password again.

Logs into software sources

Software Sources is an Ubuntu app that is simply launched from Discover. You'll need to report this issue to them.

Looks like it is a KDE problem after all, just not a problem in Discover.
