Screen locking is separate from going to sleep automatically. You can adjust the screenlocking time in System Settings > Workspace Behavior > Screen Locking. Does that help? You're right, it seems the screen was getting locked by the 'Screen Locking' before the Powerdevil settings came into play. Perhaps it would be helpful if one or the other screen informed you of this inside the settings manager? Yeah, we can do that.
