SUMMARY
Notifications aren't being kept in Notification history even when the setting under System Settings -> Notifications -> Show in history is activated

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Activate "Show in history" under System Settings -> Notifications
2. Create some notifications, for example move some files around with Dolphin
3. See how there are no notifications in the Notifications panel

OBSERVED RESULT
Notifications aren't being kept in Notification history, so they can't be read through Notification panel

EXPECTED RESULT
Notifications should be preserved in Notifications panel until explicitly removed by the user if the option "Show in history" was selected

Is this true for every single notification or is it specific to some applications?
