SUMMARY
Title. I found it silly, a solution can be simply putting the existing dialog on focus instead of open a new one.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a "Properties" dialog for a file
2. Do it again, and again.
3. Infinite dialogs?

What if you want to simultaneously look at two tabs of info for the same file?

I guess that's a fair use case :p
