STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Discover and Check for updates, no updates listed
2. Run pacman -Syu ,updates found

OBSERVED RESULT

Re-Installed all packages, deleted ~/.cache/Discover and ~/.cache/Discoverupdate folders

Does "pkcon get-updates" list you any updates?

no updates found

Hi, this is Resolved now. 

i did remove database lock from /var/lib/PackageKit/alpm/db.lck
runned sudo pacman -Sy --dbpath /var/lib/PackageKit/alpm/

Discover shows that there is updates
