SUMMARY
plasma-apply-wallpaperimage fails to change the wallpaper in KDE Bigscreen


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install [this image](https://github.com/manjaro-arm/bigscreen) on a Raspberry Pi 4 (probably doesn't matter, but did not test other devices or images)
2. run plasma-apply-wallpaperimage path/to/wallpaper.jpg

OBSERVED RESULT
The wallpaper does not change but instead this error message is printed:
```
An error occurred while attempting to set the Plasma wallpaper:
The name org.kde.plasmashell was not provided by any .service files
```

EXPECTED RESULT
The wallpaper changes to the provided image.

Looks like it assumes plasmashell, yeah.
