SUMMARY
Headers are included in reports for sections that have been deselected

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select an income/expense report
2. Deselect all income categories to get an expense report
3. Run the report

OBSERVED RESULT
Header for Income is included in report

EXPECTED RESULT
Only expense section is printed
