Description eden 2022-04-18 06:18:05 UTC
hi
I have been using the software for a long time, but yesterday the software became slow for me. In addition, when I use the software for more than a minute the pen does not draw me from the same point (marking of the pen) that I use a graphics board. I would be happy if you could help me, I have tried to work with the pen in other software and I do not have this problem.

Apologies for my English, English is not my first language

Hi,

This is a bug tracker, not a user support forum. For support, it's better to go to https://krita-artists.org and ask for help. Tablet issues are pretty much always a setup issue, not a bug in Krita: Krita doesn't contain any tablet support code.

You can try to:

* update the drivers for your tablet
* reset the tablet driver settings (for instance, wacom corrupts its settings regularly on Windows, and since settings are stored per application it's perfectly possible for a wacom tablet to work with other apps, but look broken with Krita
* reset Krita's settings
* switch in the tablet settings app between wintab and windows ink
* switch between wintab and windows ink in Krita.

For the slowdown:

* check whether there's any security software other than Windows Defender running
* check whether Krita is running in compatibility mode
* check whether graphics acceleration is enabled in Krita.
