STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Launch Kontact
2.  Setup Exchange (EWS) account
3.  Setup outgoing servers based on Exchange/EWS account

OBSERVED RESULT
No mailbox folders are displayed. No E-mail in folder are available. Icoming E-mails are visible in Kmail, but it's impssible to send anything through the Kmail due to it doesn't recognize EWS account set up. 

EXPECTED RESULT
Account set up. In Kontact window, mailbox and its folders are visible with E-mails in folders. Calendar  and Contacts sre available.
