STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Configure a location and/or other settings for the Weather Report widget
2. Configure the System Tray and from Entries, disable the Weather Widget
3. Re-enable the Weather Widget

OBSERVED RESULT
`?` icon in the System Tray for the Weather Report widget, and "Please configure" tooltip.

EXPECTED RESULT
The Weather Report widget should remember its settings.

Looks like this applies to all tray widgets; when disabled, their settings are lost so you have to reconfigure them again if you re-enable them later. Seems like a similar thing to Bug 355588. Maybe both even have the same root cause.
