SUMMARY
Instead of an icon there is a spacer that behaves like an icon.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open neochat
2. Neochat icon is not in the taskbar
3.

The icon was added in a later version of the Breeze icon theme.

How did you even get NeoChat for openSUSE Leap 15.3? Is it really packaged in the main repos? Or did you get it from a Flatpak or an OBS repo?

Just checked. Actually it's a flatpak.

Ah, then in that case it's likely a packaging issue in the Flatpak version. Please report this at https://github.com/flathub/org.kde.neochat/issues

I do see https://github.com/flathub/org.kde.neochat/issues/4 which is also about icons, so maybe it's a known issue?
