STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Connect to institution EWS with OAuth
2.  Synchronize personal calendar

OBSERVED RESULT
Only some (currently no patterns recognizable...one repeating event shows, several individual events) calendar events from the same calendar show. Many others are missing, even during overlapping timeframes. 

EXPECTED RESULT
All events on this calendar should be visible.

I can confirm the same behavior. I also was not able to identify a pattern.
