plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc changes

SUMMARY
On two different laptop with the same configuration  desktop icons positions are scrambled after  average 10 boot and after each boot done after kernel upgrade.
The file "plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc" is modified always in the same manner for 3 items. Herewith details of the 3 modifications. This analyze has been obtained in this way : after a change, icon are replaced strictly at the initial position and then "plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc"checked if  it is equal to the initial one.

Notice : This file contains also references  with positions ! for file who have been deleted for months

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Boot after kernel upgrade 
2. After in average 10 boot (minimal 1, maximal 20)
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Numbered desktop icons ( all have a number in order to find out the problem) are scrambled in a curious manner  and file plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc contains 2 changes (sometimes 3) See attached file


EXPECTED RESULT
No  position changes on desktop icons

-This problem has been described for Debian, Manjaro and so on  (360212,354802, 359919, ...) but never for Megeia
