Before recent KDE upgrade I can't switch keyboard layout by Meta key any more. Layout settings was simplified and there are no X11 options any more to choose Meta (win key) as layouts switch. 

That is terrible: KDE become worse and worse everyday and goes in terrible GNOME direction by removing useful and used to features in every release:
- locale settings https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=394698
- removed 3D cube
- etc etc

Also Ctrl-Shift does not to select text - this is terrible! Guys, what are You doing???!!! You're killing KDE!
