I posted this earlier on the okular-devel mailing list, but I think I posted in the wrong location to ask for feature requests, so I'm reposting it here. Something that would be highly beneficial and help move people away from proprietary PDF viewers/editors and use okular instead is ability to redact and sanitize images/text. I'm sure some of you use annotation and then rasterize it, but that makes things complicated when you have other annotations you don't want to be rasterized also. Something that is missing in okular is the ability to securely and permanently redact stuff you want to be removed from sensitive documents. Okular has the ability to sign and read signatures making it the most advanced libre PDF reader there is, but what it truly also needs is redaction abilities.

This is seriously an important feature and it's almost always premium, it would make a lot of people switch from Adobe Acrobat Pro probably
