1. I installed the numix icon theme https://numixproject.github.io (great icon theme). But the bug also appears on other large icon sets, where there are a lot of icons. On small themes, where there are few icons of this bug, there is no.

3. One of the icons after its selection is displayed incorrectly. It is displayed incorrectly in the main launch menu, on the taskbar and in the Dolphin file manager. Only in a third-party file manager (for example, doublecmd) does the icon display correctly.
